someone choose a 600w hps for me..

im getting ready to purchase a 600w for flowering, i am going to use a corner in my building, i can go with 3x3 or 4x4. ive looked at several on ebay, 200-250 range or cheaper if i can get a cheaper one. also point me to the type of fan i will need.
you guys and gals are more experienced at this than me so pick for me.

grotec are selling a 600 digital light kit for £100 its not lumatek but it is digital and can run a 400 or 600 heres the link

i needed another 400 and found a 400 watter for 125 bucks. cant go wrong.
