soap/pepper mixture.??

So i've been havin trouble with pests and have been searching for the best all around detterant...But i can't find an exact mixture, which i'm sure it's personal preferrance ...But could anybody give me a simple effective soap/pepper spray and what to do ...i've been leaving a little tinkle every time i visit but i'm worried that's just not enough, i'd appreciate any help...

Sour apple from the pet store is a good deterent.

If your talking about insect pest then a little dawn in a quart of water sprayed on the leaves will help aphids thrips and other little insects. But if your talking about deer then the green apple stuff or human hair or your pee pee will help. Nothing is for sure just helps some Slim
