Smelly Plants?

I was wondering how potent the smelling of flowering marijuana is...

anything an incent couldn't cover?
i live in an apartment building and smell is the only thing im really worried about.

any suggestions?

It will definetly be noticeable you will be surprised at how much they will stink so good. I suggest you getting a carbon filter or look in the DIY section, I posted a helpful little project that will help you with your odor problem in there.
