slow growth

i have had a stable envirorment for now 10 days and there is very little growth. My seedlings are about 1-3 inches high.
ph 6.00
temp 77, water temp 61
hi output t5 floro 2x4 unit with 8 bulbs. 40,000 lumens
lights 20/4
half nute strength, organic
flood and drain

i did the cd case germination for my exspensive seeds and when they were about 1/4 root, i transplanted into the system in rockwool. now they have browned out. will they come back?
i water 3 times a day for 15 minutes each.

any help would be great.

I'm not exactly sure but I don't think you're watering enough... I water for 1 hour every 3 hours cycle. So 1 on 2 off. Water temp is a bit cold too but it wouldn't cause them to brown. Do you have any pics? Also what type of nutes are you using? Might want to to cut down the strength or just use plain water for a bit.

i'm with bono...need more water and sounds like nute burn...water too cold also, i'd put water at about 78-82, ya might need a heater pad...
