seedling problem

i have about for seedlings that are all leaning over as if their stems are strong enough to hold them up and they all seem to be getting the same problem is their a nute def or something cuz i really dont want to start from scratch thanks for all help

if this helps two are organic with one pot having a little bit of nutes
second has no nutes and the other two are in miracle gro with peralite
their about two and half weeks old and 3to4 inches tall
lighting is nothing special just some low cost plant lights but i had them in the sun today

Seedlings "stretching"...is usually a sign that the light is not sufficient and/or lack of circulation on and around the plants.
An oscillating fan set to "gently" russle the foilage, will improve the stem strength. Flourecsents should be within an inch of the tops.

id say by looking at the pictures it looks like you done have enough light on your babies or not close enough with what you got
