I fed my sprout for the 1st time with my new nutrients line from RAW NPK 29-60-51 NPK with their silica, and their 57% humic acid. I mixed 1/8 and 1/16 of a tsp with a gallon of room temperature well water thats 22ppm and 5.5-6.0 ph naturally. I poured it into a large cup and added tribus grow bacteria, aminos, and humbolts secret plant enzymes. I then poured that into the planter. Saving the rest of the gallon for later use. Man!!! That little sprout jumped!!! I was using Jack's 3,2,1 hydroponic mix and I never saw a reaction like this when I was using that. The 2 ounces packages are available on Amazon and is enough to mix 200 gallons ,so its pretty concentrated. I highly recommend it. Add the silica to the water first and dissolve it, wait 15 minutes and check your ph.
