It doesn't matter how you plant them mattmro. Seeds will always grow towards the light

yes point down . every seed i have ever germed , paper towel , or straight in the soil , they all crack at the skinny ( pointy ) end first .or just plop em in they will grow up no matter what . i have sprinkled a bagfull of seed outside before THEY ALL GREW > good luck man ! PEACE
