Question for the indoor/outdoor growers

This may seem a silly question, but I simply don't know the answer and am wondering, so here we go...I have several gals in bud right now, some will finish before outdoor bud starts, some not. Would it be advisable, would it work to put the budding gals outside in the greenhouse after the days get shorter?? What problems would this cause?

Not that I'm going to, just that the thought came to me while sitting here reading and it got me wondering!!

I took a couple of girls outside for the season. I guess i don't understand what your worried about. Mine reveged and then flowered then reveged...but I just know they will be fine. lol

if they've been on a tight 12/12 schedule, you 'might' encounter revegging problems if the days are too long. You probably already know that most hybrid plants OD finish right around the fall equinox. (12/12 naturally)

yeah...be sure the schedule is 12/12..or she will reveg...and if ya plan this be sure ya have enough days to reveg befor the flowering starts again...just my thaughts

THANKS for the replies so far!! Yeah, I wouldn't put out until after the days are shorter. I understand the fall equinox thing, but if some are already partially or advanced in bud, would they finish before that, or slow down?

I may just have to take one out and try this, it's got me curious....but it would also take up space for one I could already have in there.

That little fact is so often overlooked, or the significance not noted. My particular strain will go into flower OD with a ~14/10 day. This is how I get a spring crop with clones, outside after the last frost, ~ the beginning of April.
