Look for him to do the opposite. He speaks from both sides of his mouth.
Also theres no way any politicion is going to ultimately stop marijuana legalization.
Republicans are historically against marijuana, and only jumped on the bandwagon with Hemp, because they see it as inevitable, and they can make money off of it.

When Gatewood Galbraith ran for Guv'nor in the 90s, he was labeled as a KOOK by McConnell and all the other ********. Now they jump on the bandwagon with open arms, because it now benefits them.
