Here is a little plant: she is a female and she is somewhat stressed at the moment. Two days ago I moved a little metal halide under her that pointed in the leafs that are forming inside so they get more light. Now this little lamp is nothing more then a MH desk lamp but it was not more then 6 inches away. Now these marks only started yesterday and the really bad leaf was very close to the lamp and occurred within several hours of the exposure. Now will this plant be ok? I mostly think it will be but I would like to ask your opinions on what you guys think I should do.

the plant looks good besides those few leaflets if it continues then it might be a prob but from the looks of it you should be O.K.

is it crispy the the bad bit like it burned? if not i would suggest it is something else

give it a few days see what happens

it looks like the tips just got a little burnt ,,,like the posts before ,,wait to see if it gets any worse ,,:48:

Should be fine. Don't remove that damaged leaf, unless it is over 50% damaged. I've seen some growers panic over similar situations, and just start pulling damaged leaves off. This is not the solution. Let her chill, keep a close eye on her, and just make sure that the light is a safe distance away. Good luck man!

I'd trim off the burned part of the leaf, the rest will probably do OK. No need to remove the whole leaf.
