nute feeding times

Just got a 3 bucket dripper system( pump n resivour). think i forgot exactly what the bloke said. ?? water 4 times a day when lights r on last being 2 hours before lights out. change resivour water once a week, every 3 days when plants are really headed up and taking off. pump stays on for 15 minutes each time. Is this right or are there different styles? thanks
