Please check my latest thread to find out my plants problem(yellow leafs) and that in my town it is impossible to find a ph meter.I found the acides correct the value of the water's PH,but no PH meter anywhere!I checked all pet shops. They don't have it.
Having in consideration my yellow leafs problem(check my thread),does anybody know what i could do?(i mean could the PH of the water be too low or too high?).And in case it is too low or too high, what should i do?
The PH meter checks the value of the PH of the water. What about the PH of the soil? How could you find that out?Is it another gadget that does that?
Should i squeeze some lemon in the water that i use to water the plants??I red somewhere that lowers the PH level(this only in case that you think this could be because of a too high PH)?
Please i need some help!

How will you know how much lemon to squeeze?

Just order one off ebay. will cost you MUCH less than if you were to buy at a hydro store anyway.

dilute your soil with water and then test the water

also, you don't need a digital meter. you can get by with a pool test kit with no problem and they are very easy to use. you can get one at any pool supply store, walmart, HD, i guarantee you will find one in your town.

If your H2O is too high wich will more than likely be the case, you add ph down liquid(bought any box store/pool supply as well)

If you add to much ph down you just drain and add some more of your tap water.

sure your not overwatering, let your top soil dry out before you add more water. I'm hydro

it's hard to grow cannabis without the proper equipment.

Your mission is FUTILE... get a pH meter pronto.

No...there are no such stores in my town(poll stores or wat you said)....believe for a week i have been searching everywhere!
I will order from ebay probably...but it will arrive in one month or so....and i'm afraid it will be too late...:(

I personally have had bad luck with the dye, I can't comment on the strips. I bought mine off of Ebay and it was here within 3 days. I must add, since I went digital the ladies are much happier. What looked to be 6.5 w/ the dye was 8.6 w/ the digital meter. But it may be that I am just getting color blind in my old age. Either way I will never trust the dye again.
