I went with a 42" deck 'cause I've got a few spots between trees and fences that you just can't wedge a 48" deck inbetween. Got a 60" deck for the Kubota salad shooter for the bigger spots.

I'm lazy. This time of year, it's the battle of the leaves. My little X350R does a great job of sucking 'em up, and you don't even need to get outta the saddle to dump 'em.

First year I picked up all the leaves

Second year I picked up all the leaves

This year I got smarter and I don’t pick up the leaves as I realized we have a constant north wind so I grind them up and the wind blows the bits away

I let them blow into my neighbors yards downwind, handheld blower works great at directing them

I've got an ass hole neighbor that does the same thing. I always plow his driveway shut when the snow flies.
