Hey welcome to the forum.
Can't tell from the picture if its an indoor or outdoor/greenhouse grow.
I'm assuming indoor.
How long have they been on 12/12 light schedule? Strains vary from 7 weeks to 12 weeks for harvest depending on strain.
You also want to get a hand-held microscope or jewlers loupe to look at the trichomes (the frost on the leaves and bud) The hairs is not the accurate way to tell if its ready or not.
They do not look quite ready to me.

Hey thanks glad to be here, you guys are life savers. They have been 12/12 for 4 weeks. So I need to look at the frost? Will there be some kind of change in color? And again thank you for the help.

Will there be some kind of change in color?
The frost or trichomes, in a pocket microscope, will look like clear mushrooms at this point. A lil later they will become cloudy or milky white in color. You can harvest then for a head high. A lil later they will turn amber, which will give you a body or narcotic buzz. Most people wait until 50% cloudy and 50% amber for a good head and body stone.

thanks man you all are a great help.....once they are ready I will post some pics of harvest then final product.
