need help with banana and ethylene gas

ethylene?? that can help seeding to relay to be female...

but I need to figure it out... how can I made ethylene to go in the water?

I know ethylene is a air gas..and can be produce in the airlock bag..

but I was thinking something simple... like have it in the water and spray toward to seeds for germination along with paper towel, and tupperware...

can any one help me to get that fixed? or I can just do this..

get a ball or something that will get banana peel to float on the water..
roll the banana peel along with something inside the rolled peel.. and drop in the water sprayer.. air tight the top screw/sprayer..

use it to wet the paper towel ?? may affect the seeds to recognize to be females?

when seeds spouts.. plant it in the soil.. and spray that same sprayer toward to the soil, maybe little bit to the baby plant... can it help pull the ratio for plants to be female?

any idea any suggestions ? just that these gas can be dissolved to water.. but I'm not sure if it can be flammable..or harmful ? I need help with this please..???
