need help w/harvest date

well i got a little 60x-100x magnifier and i looked at the trichromes and they still have clear colored heads its day 44 of harvest and my question is when should i look for peak harvest time and should i harvest part by part according to "ripeness" of the bud? or should i just chop er down?? plz ne help would be appreciated

"day 44"..barely 6 weeks. (my guess "at least" 2 more weeks) "Peak" time will be dependant on each plant.
Personal prefference usually dictates "peak" window for harvest, too. clear/cloudy = less couch lock, more "up" high
cloudy/amber = more "stoney" affects

Hi Herbman, i harvest when 40/60 cloudy/amber, just my preference, as for your question of harvesting part by part, thats what i do, when a bud is ready then off it comes and i leave the other buds to catch up, some like to harvest the whole plant in 1 go, we all have different ways of doing things, you will learn your preference with growing experience.
