i am using a closet 3 x 5 x 8 with two 100 watt light bulbs and a 5 inch fan. i planted 4 seeds in a 1 x 3 x 2 container the soil is 78 f and the air is about 85 lights on 70 lights off after 5 days the seeds sproted and 3 days more and they are 5 inches tall with 2 round leaves and two serated leaves opened and at 90 degrees to the light i use 18/6 for the light and fan now. the light is about 5 inches from the top of the plant. i also have two mirrors for reflecting they are floor to ceiling. any help i used all stuff from my house. so its free so far ecept for the 8$ potting soil. will this setup produce bud. and how and when can you tell sex of plant.... help plz.. thankx...

sorry what lights are u using ????
and not sure about the mirror thing ,,,if possible get some flat white paint or mylar up instead ,,,and have you any intake and outtake fans ??

you will be able to tell the sex of the plant by eithervegging and waiting for presex flowers or putting under 12/12 for up to 3 weeks ,,if you see tiny white hairs ,,pistols they are female and if yousee balls you have your self a male ,,,,i would take a look at the growing resources page ,,theres a wealth of imformation eace:

Ditch the mirrors and more info on those lights please.
