MMJ Caregivers

Interesting. In your State Hick, If a person delegates you as the Caregiver, then you get to grow thier numbers also? Or, if you grow for multiple folks, you operate under a "collective"? Just curious, it's interesting to see how the other states are starting to handle the "grey areas".

nch.. it 'used' to be limited, you could only be caregiver to a max' of 3 patients I believe it was. 18 plants, 9 'mature', for 3 cards. I recall legislation looking to change the number of folks 'one' person could provide for, but I honestly haven't kept up on it.
"Caregiver" is defined as above in the mmj application, but I don't know of a case that has been brought about from someone NOT involved in "significant responsibility for managing the well-being..yadda yadda"..


And "no" BB, as a 'caregiver', it does not give you the legality to "consume", too. You are allowed to "possess" for the patient...Though "I" have never heard of a caregiver being tested or prosecuted. Not to say it hasn't occurred.
