I wldnt.....I don't think you can adequately control the temps in a microwave. I wld be worried it wld get to hot and destroy the THC. Not sure about the odor but it does stink doing it in a slow cooker. jmo

No, do not use a microwave to make butter. Butter should be done at a low temp for several hours--something you cannot do in a microwave.
