Sorry if this spoils anything for y'all, but I have no celebration, except to be grateful to Christ. Even at that, I rage in my prayers to Him. I figure He can take it. He did give all. Many of us have also given all. Hopefully promises made to us will come to fruition.

Join the club Shiloh. When you get old and have no grand kids like me Christmas doesn't mean much or as much as it did when you were young. I really did enjoy the Holidays when my daughter was young but she will be out of town this year visiting the in laws. So, me and Mrs Pute will be alone this year. Just another day. We will walk as usual, baby sit the daughters cats and hang out watching football.

I won't let that get me down. Any day above ground is better that the alternative. Make the best of what you have.

I envy you and Mrs. Pute. Oh, God I miss being a Mrs.
 
not as much as I miss being a Mr...I try and enjoy the holidays in spite of all that has gone down in the last 9 years...I am grateful for all I have and miss what was taken away from me...
 
I have felt this way for a few yrs.

Me too well said , I believe in a higher power but not a man at the pearly gates taking names.
I love the holiday and hanging stockings.
Use to light up my yard with lights and displays that could be seen from orbit, the whole road was like a small sun popped.

I can show you but I doubt anything will change...

broken neck in 5 places c3,4,5.....should died

shot in the face with a .380 from about 12’ feet away......should have blown half my skull off

drove 2 steel stakes through 880 volt lines....like the Superintendent said , should have blown me over the building

got knocked off a scaffold on the 9th floor and landed on the 6th floor , head over heels...........shoulda killed me stone cold but only broke my back

there are other dimensions besides the one we live in...things we can’t see but know they are there...like radio frequencies , the entire color spectrum is right here

just because we cannot see those other dimensions does not mean they do not exist

we see Intelligent Design in many things in nature , the geometrical patterns in a snowflake come to mind

it is totally logical to say if there is Intelligent Design , there is an Intelligent Designer

ive tripped balls on some of the strongest psychedelics ever made and I’ve seen and travelled in some other dimensions , I know they exist and I’m looking forward to a few more trips on some really good DMT

no I cannot show you the Creator as if I could summon the Most High to appear at my command , like some genie in a bottle

but anyone can see Intelligent Design in the Universe if they look close enough

I have a Christmas story for you all. And I am at peace with myself. I mentioned a few days ago that I had some extra and I was gonna give it away to the homeless. Well in my travels I haven't seen any. But today when pulling into my parking lot where I walk across the face of the dam there was this old van parked off in the corner. Hmm....

Mrs Pute and I were putting on some extra wind gear as it was howling and I noticed a old man limping around his van making sure the wind wasn't blowing things away.

I had some give away bags of pot in my truck waiting for the opportunity.....bingo..... I grabbed a half oz bag and headed toward the van. The old guy must have though I was gonna kick him off the lot as we scrambled into the van.

When I got there he was in the back so I called to him and when he stuck his head out I simply said....Merry Christmas gave him the bag and walked away.

Mrs Pute and I did our 3 miles and when we came back they thanked us and were literally crying...... the feeling of giving is one that I love and will never forget. I made their day and it makes me smile.

Can't wait to do it again.
