Pretty much the topic says it all. Can one do an LST on the Big Bud strain? I would like to try my hand at LST because I think I will do tons better than my first grow, but I don't want my colas snapping off when the bud gets to large for the stem to hold it up.

I'm pretty sure as long as you keep a fan on your plant pretty strong from birth and it is good and healthy you can do LST to any plant... If the buds start to droop just stalk them up :p.

My only problem with the whole deal is the every fan I used, wind burned the heck out of the leaves of the plants. Burned to the point where some of the "skin" of the leaves started flaking off.

Also, my girl goes through a QP in about a month between her and her good friend. She doesn't sell it, she just enjoys having her one good friend over all the time and they both go in on the QP. They have the whole thing smoked before they even tell me they bought it, haha. So my question is, other than big bud, what are some high yield, yet resilient strains.

If my first grow showed me anything, it is that I know how to adjust the lighting and the water, but my nutes and nute regiment are still kind of off so I need something that is going to get big, but let me experiment just a bit on it. My last grow I nute burned the crap out of the plants right before they were ready to harvest so it pretty much killed all further growth of the buds. I don't want that happening again.

Give K2 a try. Very easy to grow and good yield too. :)

I'd say try white widow or a widow strain. Being the most potent of mary jane that QP might turn into a oz or two instead of 4.
