Lights question?

I need some opinions from seasoned growrs on MP. I have a t5 set up for veg and bloom, do you think a couple veg bulbs in with the bloom bulbs would make a diff? Thanks to all.

t5 2 of them is good starting, when you get like 4 young branches, move it to the HID light room that will boost their grow, if you take good care of them, you will have more ratio chance to get females... I have been growing outside for years, I end up lot of herm. and males, few females, I just realized indoor got us more chance of females, and I keep it up with HID cuz they end up to be females and undergoing 2 weeks left to take them to HPS 600w for flowering 10 weeks

I think that you are going to be disappointed flowering with a T5. You can buy a HPS for $100 or so. The difference in production is substantial.

I will eventually buy an HPS, but have flowered with this light twice already and the yeild has been over my expectations. I just thought that someone could have some experience with swithching a few bulbs during flowering.
