i am on no medications...zero...nada
i have not had a flu shot since 1972
i eat organic foods and take a lot of supplements

Good. I only take an ambien at bedtime. Quit 20 mg. Lexapro a few months ago--the withdrawal was brutal. I take certain supplements and eat very healthily.

I just think sometimes it seems you throw a wet blanket on a post (not just mine). May just be something to do with the ebb and tide sway of forumland.

Consider this, if you did not have a wife, you might not be around to even take those meds. Regarding all those meds, I hope you research all of them on your own. I also hope your wife is able to accompany you on your medical appointments.
