Well said, sir. modern and nostalgic, all rolled up into one. All things considered, you might have said this at anytime in history (post fly rod production, of course..) but you cannot go wrong with that. Reminds me of the good times of my youth, hanging out in Chester California. At the local store, you could get cold beer, potato chips and shotgun shells all on the same isle. It sounds a bit redneck, but I can assure you it was actually a recipe for FUN! Those were the days, riding around in the back of a pickup truck, skate boarding with no helmet. That being said, I think it's time to hit the water
