Cloudy here starting at 44F and predicted to reach 53F.
BP and pulse rate normal this morning, even before meds.
My Inova O2 and pulse rate meter died after about two weeks. I ordered a different brand off Amazon.
Gym this morning and then try to contact my cardiologist regarding my weekend excursion. I also have an appointment to renew my tetanus vaccine.

The Lords of Weights were kind to me this morning. Started this stupid diet on 2/5 weighing a flat 190. Stepped on the scales this morning and weighed 180. That's 10 pounds in a month. I'm pleased/happy. It'll be even better in a couple more months after I take in my belt a few notches.

5'8". Feel like I'm about that wide, too. I ain't what you'd call morbidly obese, but I've definitely got a belly. I want it gone. I've promised myself a new pair of bell bottom jeans if'n I do.
