I quit drinking and lost 15 lb. Got sick and didn’t eat for seven days and lost 25 lb in nine days. Gained 8 back.
Disc’ed uo a few acres this evening, under the stars. Was relaxing. I just wish it was an old gasoline tractor instead of a newer diesel. I miss my ‘46 Ford tractor. I have a 47 that could be fixed. Needs new tires. Wheels. Engine rebuild. Rebuild hydraulics and rear axle assembly. Rebuild transmission. Axle pivot. Sheet metal.
Yeah it pretty much needs a full restoration. But I may want a project for my boys one day. Good excuse to dump $12 grand in a tractor that will be worth $5,000. It’s not about the money. Or we would all ride bicycles to work. Gotta have some mechanical soul in there somewhere

Evening yardog. I was just thinking today about fixing engines we are getting a car soon i hope and thought how I like watching TJ and the gang fixing cars it was fun. A tractor project is a wonderful idea. How the body work on the tractor?

With the beer and the eats, I managed to stay under 800 calories for the 28th, so today is CHEAT DAY! God, I can already smell that corned beef & swiss on rye.
Monday is weigh in day, so we'll see if all this silliness and torture has been working.
