Just went to the store to get groceries... $9 for 18 F'n eggs! It was cheaper to get 2 lbs. of bacon than it was for the eggs. And I gotta have my bacon. Got some more pancake mix and syrup, and blueberry muffin mix for our sweet tooth.

You can substitute 1/4 c applesauce for each egg. I make stuff like that all the time for the vegans. It don't taste vegan. The people here don’t even notice it. Never did. Matter if fact last time I made PB cookies for my daughter she asked if I would make them vegan. She said she liked the cookie texture better in the vegan version.

My brother is fixing country style ribs in the oven, and my baby is fixing a long grain and wild rice dish, plus some veggies. Tag team in the kitchen! I weighed myself this morning, and I am up to 199 lbs. I better be careful...
