Good morning brothers and sisters!

Another rainy day starting at 45F and predicted to reach 49F.

I had Andersen and Marvin look at our windows so far, with Pella and All Seasons scheduled for Monday!

So far the low bid is $26K for 8 windows, or $3250 each, which seems exorbitant to me. I'll also check out just having the casement panels replaced, as we already have indoor storm windows. The old panels have lasted almost 100 years and we ostensibly won't last another twenty.

I picked up my new mouthpiece at the glass shop yesterday and alas the bleed hole is too large. It is the same size as my test piece, but the hole edges are rounded, so the flow is higher. More experimentation required.

Musta been tired last night. I typed this and forgot to hit "post reply". Yeah, I was tired. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Already been there and done that, Jag. Fine minds think alike.

Think I'm gonna join GW and call it a night. Have yourself a good one and tell the Misses I'm glad she's doing better.

Yehaaaaaaaaaa 🤠
I only got a 100 bucks in Bitcoin.
Got 1500.00 in XRP. Doing a lot better then a Fking savings account.😁
Vrna is a pharmaceutical company. It's doing pretty good to.
TTWO is a gaming portal basically. Another words a lot the games ppl play on their phone is handled by TTwo. I only had a 1000.00 invested in it and made 500.00 Profit within my 1st year andTook a couple hundred of that and traded it for ATT.

Lookin' good! Maybe you can afford to pay me back that hundred bucks I loaned ya last year?

Burr. Woke up to 62 degrees in the house. Both zones were the same, so it told me my million dollar three year old boiler wasn't working. Silent prayer, a trip to the basement, banged around on everything I could see, and finally shut the breaker box off to look at the fuses. Fuses were good. Turned 'em back on. Waalaa. It's running.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then. Thank you Jesus; Thank you Lord!

On a more serious note. If you got an extra 100. Download Robinhood and put a 100 in XRP.
I just put another 400 into Bitcoin this morning.
I'll be investing more into XRP too.
I'm telling you XRP is going to jump big time this year. Crypto is going to be a real good investment.

I would have said you were out of your mind 30 years ago

Now I am waving a banner from the sidelines hoping you have a job for me on your supply yacht that trails your yacht

Download Robinhood and put a few bucks into XRP. You might be surprised.
Buy it while it's cheap.
Bitcoin at one time was less than a penny per share. Now its over 98,000.00 a share. It has made many many ppl rich as a mother fker.
XRP is said to do the same thing.

House only got up to 64 and quickly went back to 63. Old Hen made a call to the company that installed it, and they had a guy out here in 45 minutes. Told him what it was doing and showed him how I got it back on. He thumped this and that like I did, but then went around the back of the boiler and fiddled with something. It came on. I asked him what he'd done so I could do it if it died again, and he said he'd disabled the flu shutoff. Said he'd done it on many boilers, and that it would not fill the house with carbon monoxide. That was the reason the boiler wouldn't fire up; if the flue damper won't open, it won't fire for saftey reasons. He said that what little heat excaped up the flu wouln't be enough to see a penny more on my gas bill. Far out. Gave the man a $120 and down the road he went. He told me that if it happened again to call him directly and there would be no service charge, just parts and labor.

So did the dude just disable the flu safety or replace it? its a 20dollar part usually .
