A gorgeous clear day here starting at 38F and predicted to reach 54F.
Gym first thing this morning, followed by our first morning dog walk and then my web master is scheduled to help me sort out some of my issues with my latest computer.

A beautiful sunshiny day this morning. 30 degrees with a promise of whatever. The ground is still white, but not enough to fire up the plow.
More reorganizing this morning and a visit to the gym this afternoon. Doesn't take much to fill up my callender.

Good afternoon, Misfits. Been lounging on the couch all day watching movies with my baby. Just fixed cups of hot chocolate for us, yummy!
Good evening Misfits. My baby fixed taco salads for dinner, they were delicious! Needless to say, I am stuffed again. Now sitting on the couch watching movies.

Made a pig of myself today. I over doubled my caloric intake from Thursday. 316 calories on 3/6, and a whooping 745 today. Looking forward to a big cheat day tomorrow.

Good morning, Misfits! Sunny, windy, and the snow went bye bye. Saturday cheat day is here! Went back and added up all the calories I've eaten since I started this stupid diet and divided 'em by the number of days, including cheat days. I've averaged 684 per day! Doesn't feel like it. I think I've managed to train my body to deal with less. Tale of the scales will be interesting come Monday. Clothes are fitting a little looser, which is what I was shooting for. Feeling good, too.
