Good evening Misfits. We went to see my brother this afternoon and took a ride to the park. We smoked 3 bowls under a pavilion before more people showed up. Can't blame 'em, it turned out to be a beautiful day despite the cooler temperatures and wind. Some folks were walking with dogs, and even saw someone smoking a bowl while walking. It was an awesome day!

Question for you 'in the know' growers
D
o you guys add any corn syrup, etc. for sweet strains, and does it transfer up to the flower tops ? like
capillary action.
I have seen recipes from experienced growers for Terpinator knockoffs (thanks Dr. Who if you’re online). This is the recipe I’ve used. Can’t say that I’ve noticed a difference, but I didn’t run a side-by-side test. Perhaps I should.

Terpinator is reported to provide “a unique combination of benefits to flowering and oil-producing plants. The formulations help encourage the production of desired secondary metabolites, increasing the concentration of terpenoids to help enhance flavors, aromatics, and color (for purple-hued plants).”

Here is the knockoff recipe I used from Dr. Who on another site….

“SO then 378.5 grams (volumetric math) of that Potassium sulfate powder from Amazon into 1 gallon of water for the 10% solution.
Add the 1.5 tsp of Dark brown Sugar for the carbs. Mix well till everything is dissolved and jug it! (With my old farm math method, and application charts I got 380 grams [correction]- a simple gain of 1.5 grams from formula shifts over the 1000 gallon conversion in the Greenhouse guide chart)”

Make sure to use a light proof container for storage…..

Hi, new guy again.
can a Misfit ask you folks, off topic - does it burn the a$$ a lil' when you go to a doctor's office on time, mind you, and the PA says he's not going to be in office for an hour ? (if doc was behind but there, ok)
I hate that. I changed my dads dr fir that reason.

Good Sunday morning brothers and sisters! Let the unbridled joy begin!

Mucho rain today starting at 50F and predicted to reach 60F.

Hee, hee, hee, our great granddaughter just took her first steps and is now walking all over getting into thangs that she couldn't reach before!

Blaze. Adding sugar or sweetener isn't going to make the plant taste sweeter.
Taste comes from the genetics and terpenes that that plant produces. Adding sweeteners such as syrup won't add sweetness.
I've actually known ppl to put grape juice and **** in their water. Didn't do anything but attract ants and gnats.
Their weed didn't taste like grapes.
Plants use the sugars in a different way.

Weedhopper, Thanks, I agree, I just read somewhere about people and adding a lil' in water.
