Happy Sunday. Hope everybody had a great Turkey day. Mine was great although(go figure) I ate way to much! Today is unfortunately the last day of my 5 days off so I'm a little bummed. You know always you never get done what you were hoping to, but I sure played guitar a lot, which isn't a bad thing and even attempted to exercise a little over the vacation. I'm going on a health kick, I quit smoking cigs a moth ago and now I'm trying shed all this weight I seemed to have gained over the last couple of years. Get my girlish figure back! lol

I'll be getting back to my original weight soon enough as long as cremation ashes weigh around eight pounds, three ounces.....

30 degrees here in the Mitten. The talking heads are calling for two or more inches of the white stuff, so I guess I'll begrudging put the plow on the Jeep. Never know if we'll get the lake effect stuff on top of what's predicted. A good Boy Scout is always prepared.

I married the love of my life and he passed in 2008. Never would listen to his doctors and his diabetes got him.
He thought he could keep eating snickers and everything else the dr said no to. His mentality was I will just use more insulin.
