Happy Fried Day brothers and sisters!
Another gorgeous day here, starting at 56F and predicted to reach 83F.
Unclogging the rental bathroom sink drain didn't go well. I stuck the snake and had to dismantle and replace the pea trap assembly to get it out, but didn't reach the clog. Apollo Plumbing due this afternoon to address it.
While I was there, the tenant noted that the bathroom fan was noisy, so I dismantled and lubricated it. That fortunately did go right.
The contractor scheduled to replace the Andersen self-storing storm door screen called and rescheduled to next Monday.
