Ever have any breathing problems or struggle catching your breath?
I remember being in my early 20's in Good shape and when I visited for 2 weeks it hit me hard.
I had a hard time adjusting to the thinner air. Red Rocks was Cool.

exactly….you Cats have to deal with Jack a little longer than us even though we are only about 150 miles away
we had a blast trying to grow outdoors in a greenhouse at 10,000 feet up in Phantom Canyon

Good morning SG!Good morning GW and all you other early birds. It was 88F yesterday and will be again today. Feels a bit like summertime.
I bought a used inversion table once when I had a binding nerve in my neck that made shooting pain thru my arm. I was willing to try anything to help alleviate the pain. I used it for a couple of weeks but don’t know if it helped much as the daily treatments didn’t Seem to help at the time but It could have as my pain went away slowly after the two weeks I used it. Hope it works for you.

That is close to my favorite fishing lake....Spinney Mountain Reservoir.....really cold in those parts. And the wind always blows.

Spinney is catch and release....my kind of lake. Fish are big and ad smart...hard to catch.

The Old Hen bought me one back when I was still working. It only took seconds for my entire stomach content to wind up in my throat, so back to the store it went. I suffered from a lot of acid reflux back then. Maybe too much after work beer?
