I can honestly say that has never happened to me. Every get a leg cramp while in a belly boat? That is pain. All you can do is straighten your leg and wait.

Morning. Been down with major back pain since Sunday. Doing my best but hit the sack early last night. Hopping I have turned the corner on it today. Pain pills I have don't seem to help...just make me groggy.

Good morning brothers and sisters! Hugs all around, passing left!

A dry cloudy day today, starting at 36F and predicted to reach 53F.

Grayfox has her post surgery follow-up with her orthopedic surgeon today, as well as PT. She has been doing well thus far and is making good progress.

No improvement or joy with my lower back pains, but I'm seeing slow improvement with the stabbing pain between my shoulder blades.

An empty calendar today, except for chauffer and care giving duties, so see a nice nap in my game plan.
