Is it possople to use bulbs for growing?

Hello..

I want to know if its possople to use regulur bulbs for growing..such as philips 100w-150w-300w?

I know they produce alot of heat but if use a fan is it okey

- and if i can use them.. can i use them in VEG & Flower periods?
