thinking shortly housing prices will fall big time maybe its time to buy some grow houses lol
 
i think any business is good business for detroit. they're in a bad way right now. the city might have to file bankruptcy cause they can't pay back the 18 billion they owe.

I agree, if you're looking for a partner...let me know :) Crime is running wild there tho, will need armed guards to visit the house ...especially if we're both white :D

I find grow space is cheap, it's the electric rate than can kill you(along with the neighborhood)...here it 5.5 cents a kilowatt,,,,cheap :hubba:
 
i would take the hit on the overhead and get solar.
 
thinking rent 5 - 10 houses run stupid amount make millions and leave lol
 
Looks like Detroit intends to claim bankruptcy, to ditch on the pensions they owe public employees....like the cops :)
