im going to have to say 4 weeks.i had one plant that growed into the light so i cut the top off, about 9inchs.i trim it up and let it dry for 4 days and try to smoke it but nothen realy happen.was it too early?

Ok Blazeout, how quick you can smoke your bud will be greatly reflected on your patience.
For the best smoke you have to cut the plant when is just right, and in order to know that you need a 60x -100x small microscope found at radio shack or online. once you have the microscope you need to look at the thrichromes, if youre asking what the heck are thrichromes then go here:

Now once you cut the plant it can take almost 2 months till you get to smoke for curing the bud...

what are the plants sativa or indica if sativa anything from 10-14 weeks frlowering before they are ready.


if indica about 8 weeks flowering is the norm.


you can tell when the plant is ready for harvest when the white hairs on the buds known as pistils start to turn orangy/brown when 70% have turned orangy/brown then its time to chop.


potency is at its peak then.
