How Soon can I harvet?

I dont have a lot of room height wise and most growboxes are huge..
is it possible to have a low profile grow box that is relitivally small but still get a good amout of grass? its all for personal use and I dont smoke too often because I'm so broke lol but anyways I aquired some seeds from the last bag I bought and was wondering if I should grow some on my own and been really looking into it.

if anyone can provide some links to some low budget boxes
that are relitivally smal which I dont even know is possible yet..
I'll continue searching while I wait but I had little sucess to what I'm trying to find.
