How do they look?

First Timer. Some are taking off faster than the other's, any advice is appreciated

So far so good. Big pots for starting out though. Some will grow faster than others, no two seedlings are the same, its normal.

I know zero about LED, but I'd say lower that light or them things are going to streeeeeetch.

Add a small fan on them to get a little breeze to thicken them stalks.

Not unless you want to kill them. You don't feed seedlings. You just establish a good wet-dry cycle and water when needed. After they get a little bigger you can feed with a one-quarter or half-strength nutrient solution PH'd between 6.3 and 6.8. I always PH everything to 6.5, right in the middle. Think the rule of thumb is around the 3rd set of leaves then u can give them 1/4 stength nutes, usually like 2wk?
