I know some of you brew beer. Discuss.

The best beers I brew are a pseudo-Schwarzbier with a lot of Cascade hops and a wee heavy with peat-smoked malt that tastes like a single malt Scotch. Cascade hops smell and taste a lot like dope. (Well, it may be the other way round because the OG Kush I am smoking at the moment smells of Cascade hops, which inspired the thread.)

I use to brew all the time but not much anymore none actualy been a while but it was a fun hobby along side my growin hobby. Fishin and huntin kinda squeezed the brewin out.

I was wondering if that could be done, since it is practically begging to be done. I dunno if the Schwarzbier is sufficiently strong to dissolve the THC, though I think the wee heavy can do it. I may make a pot/hop extract with Everclear and add it late to the batch.

Same here. I haven't brewed in a few years but I want to start again. Brewing and growing seem to go together IMO.

I haven't brewed since my wife developed a taste for beer. Damned NASCAR neighbors! She wouldn't touch it before they moved in. Now, I have to hide my 1/2 of the 12 or contend with her *beer* math. ie: 1/2 of a 12pk=9 beers for her. LOL Was better when a $5/gallon jug of whine did the trick.

Still have my glass carboys and 6 cases of returnable bottles and other equipment, so who knows ..........
