Hiya Im new, any help?

Hello everyone, my name is Budah420. I am new to this site. Actually Im a little new to growing as well. I have been a regular user of cannabis for 11 years, and I have grown a few times as well. I dont have much experience though I would like to learn more. I would like to be able to eventually make my own strain. You have to start somewhere though right? I have messed around with basic soil techniques, I have made my own composts before, I have had successful grows as well as disasters. I like to experiment and try new things. I was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers? If anyone would mind giving me advice and telling me new grow techniques or at least ones that are new to me. One thing that interests me is fogponics but the information I have obtained :woohoo: is all so different, alot of it conflicts with each other. Anyone know any good information on fogponics? Also I would like any advice anyone has to offer, I want to know as much as possible about growing. Thank you fellow maryjane friends.

Welcome to MP Budah.

Rather than skipping to advanced stuff like fogponics, you'd be on much stronger footing if you started simple and see what plants normally do. Then when you advance to hydroponics you know what to expect. Hydroponics can be very unforgiving and persnicety. If you're not real familiar with what a plant should normally look and act like its harder to see problems coming. You can screw up in soil and still be successful. You make a mistake in hydros and you can come home to a dead room and a major bummer factor.

Start small - get successful - advance and improve your technique. You prolly should not learn how to drive by buying a Ferrari, you know?

Thank you everyone for replying and welcoming me. Thank you Old_SSSC_Guy for the advice, your right i should most deff start small. I will heed your advice. And Rosebud and pcduck im checking those links out now actually,. thanks! and powerplanter i will most deff be posting some grows on here once i get some experience. Whenever i start some more plants i will post some things on here and see what people have to say about it. Like i said before im fairly new to all the growing so when i post anything i would love to hear advice and criticism

I would start off with a grow journal just cause you can get step by step advice and we can see exactly what you have to work with. These guys on here love growing and are very good at what they love. Stay safe Budah.

Although i must add Old_SSSC_Guy i learned to drive in a 1970 Camaro (my first car) when i was 16 it was fun and difficult trying to control a hairline throttle lol

I would go with the lime kush since you have the seeds. I have never heard of fogponics so I will be no help, but wishing you the greenest of mojo!

lmfao its all good fellow maryjaners. I like the conversations im not a jealous person i love to share, even my threads. and thanks for the ideas. i might go with some middies or something just to get a little experience. i dont wanna waste the only 2 high grade seeds i have incase i mess up or something. Besides i dont even know where to get good seeds. I heard bad things about seed banks and im not sure if i trust them enough to actually send the product. Anyone know anywhere reliable i could find seeds? I live in the south eastern part of the united states if that has anything to do with getting seeds shipped to me, not sure.
