I'm a curious fellow so i wonder "why" about different things so i thought if i wondered why, others may as well so this thread is kinda like the perpetual word game thread where you post your " i wonder why ".
I'll start.

i wonder why when you call your cable, insurance or other companies customer service #, the computer voice asks you to enter your phone#, your account", your ss#, etc........then when you finally get a live human being they ask the same questions again and have no record of your previous answers.........................:**:
