i have been reading and reading about growing for the last month, i bought a 1000w hps, however i planted my 5 white widows while still learning and put them all in the same pot, all germinated, and are about 6 weeks old, i believe 4 of the 5 are females due to the white hairs i hear so much about, however i have had the lights on a 20/4 cycle their whole lives, is it possible for those hairs to pop out without forcing flowering? I bought some cloning gear and plan on moving to hydroponics with the clones.(forgot to mention i am growing with soil). i believe my plants are suffering from overwatering at the moment, as they are drooping..also a few of the lower leaves were turning yellow and dying so i checked the N just to make sure there wasnt a deficiency, and just as i thought there wasnt one. i think i overwatered with a little too much fertilizer for its first dose, and thats why it is happening.(the last watering that im talking about was 4 days ago). Another mistake i made was not putting holes in the bottom of the medium...stupid i know, and now that i know whats going on i think it may be too late to transplant them without killing them. So i was thinking maybe let them grow enough to get clones out of them, then start flowering and hope they make it til the end? or i could poke holes on the bottom and try to get as much soil out of there as i can i put fresh soil in? haha im sorry its so much but im glad to finally be on here, and i would love any input! thank you. (ill be posting pics later since i cant take pics with my light on!)
