A week is a long time, are the pots super lite?
OK are those 10gal grow bags
I agree with roster, a week is a long time for not needing a drink. I would at least water the outside edges of these pots to encourage the roots to grow out some. Your pots are not light after a week? Does the soil feel wet when you dig your finger down in the soil?
Did you add perlite to give soil good drainage
The plants are looking fine and show no sign of water dehydration.

I use 1/3 perlite,1/3 Pete moss,1/3 organic soil, then i mixx them weel and I top them off with worm casting.
