Hi guys have a little problem well a big problem let me explain I'm in week 4 of flowering and and a few of my babies are going extremly yellow and the leaves look like they are dwarf leaves they were healthy green with the leaves growing nicely with in the week I water every 3 or 4 days depending when they need it I also spray with water mist every couple days and every 2 weeks i've gave them bloom blast 10-54-10 (following instuctions on label)and on the off week that I don't fert i spray with fish emulsion I have no way of showing pics so I hope this is a detailed enough to help me also I'm on a 10hr cycle with a 1000wHPS in a 4x6 enclosement any help would be appreciated PP

P.S if anyone maybe has pics of what I'm talking about that might help me and others

Hey phatfarmer - if that is the only nutes your giving her, then that is why your leaves are leaching the final bit of N from them. You need to supplement some Nitrogen along with the bloom nutes to get back the green.

When needed, I use a water soluble 20-20-20 mix that is balanced to give a good dose of N along with the P and K essential for flower and root development. 1/2 tsp into 1/2 gallon water is what I use for the watering. Usually every third watering gets a dose of this until the greenup. Will take about 3 days, and you will see results.

Link with pic to follow in a bit.......This happened to me. Look at how the N brightened up that sickly looking plant in flower.:aok:

Here's the link to the one post in the GJ. Good luck. http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/showpost.php?p=178045&postcount=95

Pot Belly hit it right on the head. They just need a dose of N now and then. That will make them green up in no time. Good luck and take care. Keep us posted. Be safe.

Thanks Pot belly I was always under the assumption in flowering that you always give a high P and a low N, I just fretilized today with the 10-54-10 should I wait for the 20-20-20 or give it to them today also did this affect your yield?I still have 25-30 days left. Thanks again PP

For flowering you do need to focus efforts on the PK, but your plant still needs N to keep your plant's leaves healthy. It's not time for your plant at 4 weeks to lose all its leaves due to low N.

My yield is most when I provide the best all around balance between giving the plant the PK it needs for flowering, and the N it needs for leaf maintenance.

I answered your other question in the other thread you generated on this subject today, pp.

Good luck in your gardening endeavors. PB:)

Where is the yellowing at. Is it at the top, the bottom or the whole plant. Using 10-54-10 my 1st guess would be phospho over dose, not nitro def. Pics would help a lot but where the yellowing is happening is a good sign. If they are yellowing up top, it's too much P.

Yassir - 10-54-10 is a bit stout on the P. I really try to stick with a little more balance on the ratios myself.

I agree with hick. That was the first thing I noticed about your post. You need to give the plants more light time so they can use the nitrogen and other nutes you are giving them.

Hi guys to answer a few of the questions the plants seem to be going yellow all over ,and I was told (i guess wrongly)10HRS was very little difference than 12HRS is it to late to switch to 12HRS if not let me no,(I'm on day 30) also I'm going with the more balanced 20-20-20 fertilizer thanks guys any and all answers appreciated and the faster the better as I only have I figure 34 days left unless u guys think I should let them go longer the strain is C99xApollo11 if that helps at all thanks again PP
