help plz, need advice????

hello, i am new here but not first grow (amatuer at best) and i have a few q's if anybody has the time to answer.
ive been contemplating contruscting a grow box for personal use. i was thinking about making my box 4'Lx2'Wx3'H with a divider for veg/flower so both spaces will have approx 4 square feet.the inside wall will be painted a flat white, the veg area will be sealed on the top so no light leaks out with small vents on the end side, and the flower area will have an open top so i can lower and raise my light setup as needed plus im thinkin it will add better ventalation for my budz with a vent on the botom. my main question besides any advice that you can give me so far is how can i wire my lights together so that im not filling up electical socket after socket. i was thinking about putting 12 walmart warm cfl bulbs in the flower area with a homade reflector that i can adust hight at will, that should give me about 3 bulbs per sqf so maybe ill get about 4000 lumens per sqf. and 6 walmart daylight cfl's in the veg area so hopefully at least 2000 lumens per sqf. so how can i wire all these up in a safe mannor? any help/advice or anything with be greatlly appreaciated! also everything will be grown in soil and the flower area will have filled kitty litter pans so roots can expand in their final place in scrog if i can pull it off with the space provided?another note is that im goin to try n get my hands on some bagg seed from the best i can so genetics (indica/sativa) are unknown, i would order some but im too scared to do all that(would love to grow some compact nuggs but you prob understand). thanks!

hi rockerguy, welcome to Marijuana Passion.all sounds good, but here are few things id do differently. (although, it would help if i new the wattage of the bulbs)

i would get a good PC fan, you need to get ridd of the heat those bulbs are gonna give off. (i know CFLs are cool, but with 12 of them, they wont be) ive just bought 1 that shifts 80 cfm (cubic feet/minute), look for 1 that will shift the most air.
and leaving the flower room 'open top'?? not a good idea im afraid buddy, you want it light proof, none leaking out and most importantly none leaking in. this is where that PC fan comes in handy. and the vent at the bottom must not let light in either.
and last thing, google is your friend, use it to find LOCAL SEED SHOPS, i didnt think they were any near me, but theyre all over the place mate.

Okay rcker..i see that you do have some questions..I will try and answer the best I can..first let me start by sayN welcome to our family...when building a grow box or room...you need fresh air comeing in from the Botton..and exhaust up high to remove heat and old air...what ever you dicide on with the light be sure you are getting at least 5000 lumes per sq foot..you can get away with 3000..but we stoners want the best right?..find youself some good Bag seed and gt to growing...in time you will be ready to order genetics...Good luck on this and KEEP M GREEN
