Help me diagnose

Hello guys,
So I’m on my second grow,
The seeds germinate on feb 24th. I’m growing 10 plants under two 600 watts hps plants.

I found this on 2 of the plants and I was wondering if someone can help me with diagnosing/ fixing this problem. The leaves are curling and u can see the spots.

Start with a jewelers loop and look at underside of leaves. Thinking some kind of bugs

I was thinking bugs myself.

Pestilence, as first thought. In the past I have crushed up fresh garlic, strained it through water, put it in a spray bottle and dose them down. If that doesn't work, I would throw them out dirt and all then start over with clean everything.

I will throw some sickly plants out in a minute !- My stuff divided up into boxes !- A box go bad !- Throw it out !- I always got too many clones anyway !-- Clean - reassemble - reload and continue to march !
