I'd test the PH level of your tap water...

What is the PH of the water you use?

i was just told to switch to distilled water i started turning on the water puerifier on my sink and after that it was jsut down hill

like anything else, you get what you pay for with ph testers.at aquarium stores you can pick up a cheap colour chart with testing fluid, it`s a cheap option but very innacurate.a good ph tester will set you back a good £25, like $45.

you can buy a ph test at home depot for pools thats what i did

if im not mistaken you need to get it down from what i read i think. ive never had that problem. you can use bottled warter thats what i use and it seems to be good. I hope ya plant do well. do you know what it is yet??

yeh its just regs some (bag seed)(mexican %100 indica..compact buds) its growing very fast i thought it would b under a foot when it was finished and its over 4ft now it is doing alot better now i cut off all the really bad leaves what type of water do u use? spring or distilled? iv herd to use zeferhills distilled from a few friends that grow as well

read any "bottled" water label, they should state the ph at source from where it came.Hit for between 6.3-6.9, to enable all the right nutrient uptake.you would be cheaper buying a ph tester, and use your tap water(leave it sitting open for 24hrs so all chlorine and other crap is out), you can use ph-up or ph-down does what it says on the bottle. if you need to, use vinegar as a ph-down, and bicarbonate of soda as your ph-up. that`s what i use, and it works too. my water is very alkaline/hard so a few drops of vinegar, to a gallon of water.no one talks about using these as a ph control, but it works for me.
good luck man.
