hey everyone pretty new to the site so i thought i'd just stop in
and introduce myself. Been a smoker for about 15 years and growing
about 5 months now. I've grown weed b4 but never anything smokable.
I thought i'd share my story a bit b4 i go on. Well it just sort of happened
over the spring when i decided to garden. Basic stuff like greens, tomato's
and some spinich. I had just lost my job back in January so was getting
some frustration out. Dug up a plot of land and prepared it with Cow Manure
and stuff and planted greens and spinich. The seeds where pretty deep but i managed to get a fine crop of greens. Cleaned and cooked em and everything.
Well i decided to destroy the garden after that, *fight with wife* and i went
back out and tore it up, greens where not getting enuff water though so i said
to hell with it. Went to the front to smoke a blunt and discovered a ripe little girl posted up by my stairs. no doubt a seed i'd casted to mother earth for disposal. She spat me up a little girl that was so pretty. She is actually my profile picture. So I carefully transported her to a pot with some potting soil and some bat guana i had purchased when i got the manure. She took to it great and i placed her out back between some dense folliage. She grew and grew up and i kind of left her to sunbath. I'm in the mid-west and the sun was at its longest so the vegitative state was perfect. I let her fill up the pot with roots then transported her to the former greens garden ground that i had maticulasly tilled the soil. *unemployment sucks tilled*
Once in the soil it just filled out and shot up to almost 6 ft. I pinched it only once but that was more than enuff.
I am in the flowering stages now and she's comming out lovely. Smells kind of weedish but the slight breeze changes the direction. The white pistols are really filling out. I thought that the little lavender spots on the leaves where bad, but they are actually the coloration in the stems. This is my first grow and i've been pretty casual about it, hoping not to kill her. I've been using a mild solution of Miracle Grow plant food, about 3/4 tbl spoon for every 2 gallons of water. I sit next to it on a bucket and water the plant slowly making sure not to drown the plant. Been thinking about getting some kelp and getting a spray bottle to water the buds and leaves. Gonna have pictures soon, just have to get my camera out of the pawn shop. Growing i find is actually pretty simple if ya do it outside with the help of the summer sun.
Anyway i'm gonna read some of the other post but i really digg pictures so peace & goodtymes to ya'll and catch ya on tha cure side.
Oh yeah i'm thinking about cutting alot, but i keep reading patience is key so i just figure the longer i wait, but i'm also afrain of frost.:watchplant:
