Harvest Time?

Hey folks!

I’ve had my Afghan Auto in the pot since 5/9, and I won’t deny that it flowered early. I’m seeing some cloudy and amber trichomes now. How long do y’all think I have until harvest (I’m looking for some more amber trichomes for the “body high” type sensation).

Thanks! The flowering time was supposed to be 70 days, but it does look like it’ll be closer to about 6-7 weeks. First time grow though, so it never had any chance to be “perfect!” Think I should start flushing now?

Oh man. The very best ones. I would describe the aromas as spicy/earthy/piney. Freaking fantastic!

Your in the same position I'm in, so close yet so far, lol. If you're anything like I am the suspense is killing you. I too want to wait till I get to the point where it gives a real good body high. My trichomes are starting to Amber up on the sugar leaves and everybody told me to wait so I would probably recommend waiting a little.

LillDad-please note that my ‘ha ha’ emoticon on bigs reply is because big invariably says ‘2 more weeks’ not because of anything else. BTW-he is invariably also correct when he says ‘2 more weeks’ as well…

I'm pretty much at exactly the same point you are, but I've noticed that even this late in the grow the buds are still putting on weight. So not only what I have harvested too early and they wouldn't have been ripe enough but I would have lost weight.

Darn thing stated to go down and then it plugged up and crap came out all over my floor,
Last time I take advice from you. LOL

I don't even know if you consider what I'm doing an actual flush, didn't actually flush them out I'm just not using nutrients anymore. I seen a couple things online that said it's not really that necessary you might just have to ripen the buds in the jars a little longer.
